Summary:

As a Carpenter, you will work alongside other tradesmen to restore residential homes; to include, townhomes, single residence spaces, and apartment complexes. From demolition to the final touches and finished product; you will perform frame to finish work to restore our customers' homes.

Responsibilities:

• Interior demolition, remodel and finish of residential spaces
• Wood framing, stick or prefab as required
• Demolition
• Window Installation; new and replacement
• Door, cabinet and flooring Installation
• Installation, taping, mudding and sanding of drywall
• Installation of interior trim, base, casing, crown molding, etc.
• Painting, staining, varnishing of millwork
• Operate hand and power tools
• Proper & Safe Usage of Hand tools and Power tools
• Hauling of material and tool
• Site clean up
• Follow safety guidelines while on job sites or working in a shop
• Ability to adequately complete daily tasks on own after receiving training
• Willingness to learn and advance
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to work first shift and 40 hours per week
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment screening (MVR and Background Check)
• Willingness to participate in any/all safety training required for the position
• Able to perform all work as needed to complete the assigned project
