Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival at counter

• Answer telephones

• Take guest orders via phone or in person

• Upsell items to guests

• Use POS to accurately enter orders

• Get payment and complete transaction

• Assemble items for each ticket and prepare for carryout or delivery

• Ensure all order have appropriate utensils and condiments

• Notify the team of any shortages

• Responsible for cash handling and credit card processing

• Carry out additional duties to prepare food, deal with special guests, maintain cash

drawer

• Maintain and stock salad bar, buffet station and drink fountain

• Make sure all front of house areas including counter tops, dining room and restrooms

are kept clean.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
