Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and sports, with proven experience in sales and a solid understanding of marketing strategies. as a B2B Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our medical devices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential business clients within the healthcare and sports sectors.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms of service, and close deals with business clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Assist in creating marketing content such as case studies, white papers, and product brochures.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and generate leads.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical devices, healthcare, or sports industries.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and sports industry dynamics and client needs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Speaking Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
