Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Duties: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress - Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Present product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of solar energy - Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers to close sales - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products in the market Experience: - Previous experience in solar sales or a related field is highly preferred - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships - Technical sales knowledge is beneficial As an equal opportunity employer, we offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth.
