The Role

MZ Wallace is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Creative/Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in various aspects of photoshoot production, sample management, and influencer/PR gifting.

Responsibilities 

• Assist with photoshoot pre-production - including prop-sourcing, sample coordination, booking messengers, and location research.
• Provide on-set support to Producer and Art Director during social and features photoshoots.
• Book messengers for prop rentals, and coordinate returns post-shoot. Track all creative shipments.
• Create organized systems and creative documents for studio closet, samples, and props.
• Assist in the creation of engaging TikTok content by actively participating in shooting and editing videos, contributing fresh ideas and creativity to enhance our TikTok presence.
• Coordinating the fulfillment of influencer and PR gifting.
• Keeping a pulse on competitors and the overall ecosystem within the fashion/accessory space. 
• Helping to identify trends and opportunities for various marketing channels.

Requirements 

• Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Interest in photo/video production
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally and exhibits a go-getter mentality

• A self-starter and ability to multi-task 
• Knowledge of social media and marketing trends 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Video editing and content creation a plus 
• Basic knowledge of photography equipment and techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe programs a plus
• Must be able to be in the office for flexible hours Tuesday-Thursday
