IMPACT OF THIS ROLE

RosewoodHotel Group is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager, to helpdevelop best-in-class brand management across our organization with focus onthe Americas region. This role will report to Vice President, BrandStrategy and Marketing to drive the Americas region properties in executingstrategic, high quality marketing plans to achieve effective go-to-marketimplementation.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities – (KeyActivities)

·Work closely with Directors of Communications across properties in theregion and Communications Manager, AMERS to support property marketing plansand global initiatives to fulfill region marketing goals in accordance toglobal marketing direction and global brand ambition.

·Govern annual plans and overall marcoms investments toensure tracking against business and brand goals.

·Collaborate withcoms manager to arrange all aspects of management and the coordination ofmarketing and communication activities to include updating the global brandcalendar with AMERS activities, measuring and analyzing KPIs for brand and AMERSregion and providing sound advice and knowledge for growth, compiling regular reportsand developing presentations.

·Build a strongrelationship with the property marketing and communications teams throughmonthly calls and regular communication, keeping track of their activities,sharing with the brand team and providing brand guidance and training.

·Collaborateclosely with global brand planning manager to ensure adhereance to global brandcadence and seamless global-to-property information and communication flow

·Support with cascading brand campaigns, toolkits andplaybooks to the properties and following up on progress to measure success.

·Support regional content development governance incollaboration with global content planning & creative services team toensure property content is on-brand.

·Provide hands-on support on preopening plans in partnershipwith corporate and properties teams. Manage new opening processes andprotocols, including onboarding property teams, tracking key milestones,supporting collateral development, photography planning and processes.

·Oversees and managesinternal content management system, marketing and communication files andfolders for the region.

·Oversees the maintenance of the marketing databasefor regional vendors and partners.

·Support theDirector of Social Media & Marketing Communications region head and the globalbrand team with agency relationship management across PR and social media.

·Travels to hotel or business locationsteam if required.

·Manages the budget accounting tasks,including processing purchase orders and expense claims, according to financeguidelines.

·Contributes to ensuring that brandintegrity and clarity are always maintained.

·Is always a“Brand Ambassador” at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are alwaysmaintained.

·Models the company’s culture, vision,mission and core values at all times.

Required Skills

·A minimum of 5 years previous experiencein luxury and lifestyle marketing and communications.

·Excellent computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word.

·Highly organized and detail oriented.

·Ability to meet deadlines.

·Works well under pressure.

·Fluent native speaker including verbal andwritten English.

·Meticulous at organization and good at writing and communicating.

This position is open tocandidates based in Los Angeles, CA.The salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000.This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects topay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regardingindividual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience,type of experience, location, and education.
