Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing cradle to grave cycle for all government and commercial contracts.
Duties:
- Procure and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for the company
-Play a crucial role in the continuous update and maintenance of GSA Schedules/contract compliance process documentation, overseeing the annual GSA IFF audit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and stakeholders
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Implement effective records management systems to track contract documentation
- Collaborate with legal teams to review and revise contracts as necessary
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management
Experience:
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
-Minimum of a 10 Yrs ongoing experience in federal contracts.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in GSA Schedules, with a focus on project management, program, and regulatory compliance.
-Demonstrate proven proficiency in overseeing portfolios of contracts with active contract/subcontracts revenue.
-Exhibit adept negotiation skills, with a successful history of negotiating terms and conditions with government and industry clients.
-Showcase proficiency in both verbal and written communication, effectively addressing executive management and staff on intricate contract and subcontract matters.
-Demonstrate the ability to skillfully resolve intricate contractual matters, conduct thorough business risk assessments, and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Possess a robust working knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations.
-U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
