Gold Standard Service Company seeks a Service Technician Trainee to serve the Woodbridge, VA, area. The role of the Service Technician Trainee is to offer repair, maintenance, and service support for various equipment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards, all while under the guidance of one of our qualified technicians! In this position, technicians have the ability to grow in the company with limited knowledge of restaurant equipment repair. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Have a strong attention to detail
• Are customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Other certifications, licenses, and trade skills are a plus
