Position Overview:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing support to your supervisor, maintaining accurate resident records, and ensuring that all activities within the nursing service contribute to exceptional resident care. Qualifications:

  • State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

  • Graduated from a Licensed Practical School of Nursing.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Home LTC (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist your supervisor in maintaining excellent resident care.

  • Carry out nursing techniques to ensure resident comfort and well-being.

  • Collaborate with physicians during treatments and examinations.

  • Administer prescribed medications and injections.

  • Monitor vital signs and report deviations to the supervisor.

  • Maintain accurate medical records for residents.

  • Participate in staff meetings and in-service programs.

  • Foster a positive and reassuring atmosphere for residents.
