Education: High school graduate required. College degree in Construction, Engineering or Business preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ comparable project management experience; or 4 years’ experience in the construction industry at foreman level or higher
Skills: Proven leadership skills and financial ability. Knowledge of construction materials, means and methods. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specs. Understands critical path, logic, sequencing, and activity identification in simple schedules. High attention to detail, aptitude for learning new things and must be able to work under time and budgetary pressures.
Physical:Includes sitting, standing, reaching, walking; use of hands, arms, legs, and feet. Must be able to see and hear (with mechanical assistance if necessary) sufficient to understand and comprehend individual one-on-one conversations.
Communication: Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Ability to communicate effectively and positively with customers, vendors, and employees.
Computer: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Bluebeam, Quickbid and OST software preferred.
Oversee the execution of projects from inception to closeout, ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer and manage procurement, production, customer relations and finances while conducting yourself in a manner consistent with KHS&S core ideology.
