The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

As a Sales/Installation Coordinator, you are a key member of the Sales and Installation team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling of the installation appointments and coordinating all aspects of the job from start to completion which includes obtaining necessary permits, submitting for customer rebates and filing for manufacturer warranties. You will also confirm sales leads appointments and be a back up to our call center. As a representative of Aire Serv, you are responsible for handling appointment requests and ensuring customer satisfaction. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

· Scheduling appointments

· Assigning daily work/calls to other team members

· Complete work orders and return customer calls

· Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

· Administrative experience preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

· Positive Attitude

· Team player who can work independently

· General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

· Typing skills are a plus
