Located in Phoenix, we're currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our warehouse operations. The Role:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the light assembly of custom insoles and footwear products. This position requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Working out of our Phoenix warehouse, you'll be an essential part of ensuring our products meet the high standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities:

• Perform light assembly tasks with an emphasis on quality and precision
• Quickly learn and master assembly tasks, demonstrating an eye for detail
• Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high productivity levels and meeting deadlines
• Ensure the workspace is organized and materials are prepared for assembly
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency and product quality
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is an asset
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks and perform them repetitively with high accuracy
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule after a training period, with typical hours being 9 AM to 5 PM
