Purpose:
We are seeking a proficient IT Document Management Administrator. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our document imaging system to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across the organization.
As an IT Document Management Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and enhancement of our document imaging platform. Leveraging your knowledge of document imaging and OCR technology, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that streamline document capture, indexing, and retrieval processes.
Duties:
Education / Experience / Background | Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or computer related field from an accredited institution. 5 years of experience in IT and Document Imaging Solutions required, |
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities | Strong understanding of OCR technology, data extraction, and document processing with a proven record of improving throughput. Brainware OCR experience desired.. Proficiency in administration of document imaging systems administration, including server installation, configuration, and maintenance. Perceptive Content administration experience preferred. Experience with system integration, API development, and scripting languages PeopleSoft integration experience and PeopleSoft Accounts Payable experience desired Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. |
