Growing local independent insurance agency is looking for a motivated insurance personal lines agent (either 220 or 440 license) to join our agency team. 2 or more years of insurance experience required. This full-time position will be in the office Monday - Friday. We are a property & casualty insurance agency in business for over 35 years. The candidate must:

• Assess customer needs and advise clients on coverage options. Provide quotations, pricing and required information to prospects with excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate coverage terms.
• Process customer change requests and endorsements to policies.
• Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure compliance.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and competitive attitude.
• Be great at multi-tasking, following through and follow up.
• Receive and respond to all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner all while demonstrating the highest level of customer service.
• Have the ability to meet deadlines, problem solve and communicate effectively.
