Trade School is Hiring a Client Strategy Supervisor, Retail Media Near Atlanta, GA
Overview: The Client Strategy Supervisor, Retail Media will be the strategic business lead for a robust network of supplier advertisers, helping to proactively identify opportunities for value across our client's retail media business. You will specialize in strategic solutions to aid your team toward achieving, and ideally surpassing, their total media commitment and upsell goals for The Home Depot's Retail Media network. You will also have the ability to provide consultative support and best practices to our client's growing media business. This role will report directly to the Associate Director, Retail Media Sales at Trade School. Responsibilities:
Oversee agency sales pipeline through effective management of documentation for sales activities and strategy
Manage a team of strategists, embracing dynamic leadership qualities that both fit and add to our culture of inclusivity, trust, teamwork, and appreciation
Provide coaching, training, feedback and strategic sales thought leadership to guide your team to meet their sales goal
Continue to develop and add material to team onboarding plan and resource hub to enable your team to reach their sales goals
Present and lead media recommendations to the team and suppliers with the ability to pivot, as needed, based on supplier advertiser questions and needs
Foster and cultivate relationships with Trade School clients, exercising a high-level of communication, while delivering excellent customer service
Develop a collaborative team approach with senior retail media clients and agency leadership, on workflow processes needed to support advertiser supplier accounts across self-serve ad buying, onboarding, reporting and consistent optimizations
Desired Requirements:
6 years experience in media strategy, sales strategy, omni-channel marketing or retail media
Experience in sales, providing meaningful recommendations to prospects that resulted in closing deals
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
Proven experience in leadership, preferable in the retail media or digital advertising industry
Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative working style
Extensive client management experience
Ability to identify internal and external growth opportunities

Extensive knowledge of Digital Media platforms (Display, Streaming, Native, Social).
Working knowledge of Google, Meta, Pinterest, various DSPs and self-serve retail media platforms
Preferred exposure and usage of measurement tools and strategies
