Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Rental Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owner Relations:
• Respond promptly to owners in all aspects.
• Tenant Relations:
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct property tours for potential tenants.
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Property Maintenance:
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Financial Management:
• Set and collect rent payments.
• Marketing and Occupancy:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Work towards achieving maximum occupancy.
• Legal Compliance:
• Stay informed about local, state, and federal housing regulations.
• Ensure property compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management software.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
