Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Access Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with a deep understanding of FTC compliance regulations, particularly related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).

Responsibilities

• and implement user access management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX and FTC guidelines.
• regular audits and assessments of user access controls to identify and mitigate risks related to data security and privacy.
• with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to address user access-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• guidance and support to internal stakeholders on access management best practices and compliance requirements.
• abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and industry best practices related to user access management and GRC compliance.
• in internal and external audits, providing documentation and evidence of compliance efforts as required.

Qualifications

• degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• of 2 years of experience in user access management, GRC, or related fields.
• knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly FTC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance.
• understanding of access control frameworks, identity management, and security principles.
• with access management tools and technologies, such as IAM solutions, privileged access management (PAM), and role-based access control (RBAC).
• analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and processes.
• communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC) preferred.
