What to expect:

As the Regional Support Manager—Into Plane Fueling, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Into-Plane Fueling Operations. You will be entrusted with overseeing projects and programs supporting the overall development of ITP Operations leaders, streamlining processes, and identifying opportunities for growth. You may be asked to step into interim General Manager coverage to support vacancies. Your leadership will ensure we are consistent in delivering safe, caring, dependable, and efficient station operations. You will participate in other company operations and initiatives as assigned.

• As needed, lead and direct a team of airport operations staff, including supervisors, coordinators, and support personnel, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Act as a liaison for airline representatives, airport authorities, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate operational activities and address any operational challenges.
• Assist and support local teams with New Hire Orientation to ensure a welcoming and successful onboarding experience for new UGE team members.

As the Regional Support Manager, you may also act as a temporary General Manager to cover vacancies as assigned to ensure consistent, Safe, Caring, Dependable, and Efficient station operations for varying periods of time as required, as well as participate in other Company operations and initiatives as assigned.

What's needed to succeed in this role:

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

• 4 years of airport operations and/or into-plane fueling operations experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of ATA Spec 103, NFPA 407
• Understanding of ITP fueling operational procedures
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations
• Experience supporting station transitions, start-ups, and new Other Airline (OA) contracts
• Experience working with frontline employees in a union environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and work in teams
• Technical proficiency and/or expertise with Microsoft Office (excel, Word, PowerPoint,
• Analytical thinking, ability to provide and understand performance data, goal-directed leadership, and service-oriented performance
• Must be flexible to work at stations throughout the U.S. for long periods of time with up to 75% of travel
• May have to cover shifts when necessary, available seven days a week/24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and/or unforeseen situations

Compensation:

Base salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 (L5) annually

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience
