Job Description:

The Tech Support Specialist will act as a product expert and collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales Team across diverse regions, playing a pivotal role in the end-to-end sales process – from conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support to customers, collaborating with internal teams, third-party service providers, and customers to ensure seamless product support and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical assistance to customers and third-party service providers, including troubleshooting, shipping replacement parts, and sending invoices.

· Support sales and marketing teams in product demonstrations, presentations, and tradeshows as needed.

· Train third-party service providers in servicing robots and providing updates on troubleshooting processes.

· Collaborate with third-party service providers to service existing clients, including shipping parts, repairs, software upgrades, and troubleshooting.

· Work with Tech Operations Team on product testing, creating guidelines, manuals, and other relevant documents.

· Conduct product and operational training for new and existing customers, both on-site and virtually, including demonstrating the operation of robots and their accessories.

· Lead internal training efforts to keep employees updated and well-versed in our products.

Requirements:

Qualifications :

· Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

· Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zendesk, and other relevant software applications.

· Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer visits, and training sessions.

· Willingness to undergo continuous training and development.
