```Job Overview:```

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

```Responsibilities:```

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and objectives

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of new clients

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, address any concerns, and provide ongoing support

- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients

- Monitor client usage and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive customer success

- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and insights to help them achieve their business objectives

```Requirements:```

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Previous experience in sales or account management in the SaaS or Security and Surveillance industry is preferred

- Proficiency in Hubspot (CRM) software is a plus

- Ability to analyze customer needs and data to identify opportunities for growth

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,949.00 - $52,591.00 per year
