The Government of Liberia is transitioning its public procurement sector from manual to electronic processing. To help facilitate this transition, we are seeking a Project Manager with background and experience in e - procurement.
· Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
· Creating a roll-out, adoption, and change management strategy.
· Managing project plans, budgets, risks, and issues.
· Leading e-GP implementation end-to-end, from initiation to closure.
Requirements:
· Experience in change management and e-procurement implementation.
· Ability to manage changing priorities and project risks effectively.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Familiarity with World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers.
· Flexibility to work in Liberia during the contract period.
