Responsibilities:

• Efficient Dishwashing: You'll keep our kitchen running smoothly by washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using state-of-the-art equipment or by hand.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensuring our kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils are pristine and orderly at all times.
• Quality Control: You'll be responsible for receiving and inspecting the quality and temperature of all incoming products, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Stock Rotation: Implementing FIFO guidelines to rotate stock of food and beverages in all storage areas, guaranteeing freshness and quality.
• Collaborative Atmosphere: Work closely with our Chef, Purchasing team, and fellow team members in a respectful and communicative manner.
• Safety First: Adhere to industry-standard safe food handling guidelines and maintain a safe work area.
• Dynamic Environment: Embrace the fast-paced kitchen environment with a high sense of urgency, while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Must possess and maintain an active Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Maintain a neat appearance in clean uniforms and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• A fundamental understanding of dishwashing procedures, food handling, or sanitation practices.
• Must have and maintain authorization to work in the US

Physical Demands:

• Physical Stamina: Standing, walking, and some heavy lifting required for job tasks.
• Visual Acuity: Ability to perceive and adjust to various visual demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
