Supervisor will support the Benderson Family Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation and Anchin Assisted Living & Memory Care and serve as Manager On Duty for nursing floors in absence of the Director of Nursing.
* This role provides education
* Monitors on-going employee performance.
* Ensures that all nursing staff deliver high quality care.
* Performs nursing assessments regarding the health status of the resident / patient.
* Collaborates with attending physician to update the care plan.
* Manage a medication and treatment cart in cases of emergency or staffing shortages.
* Perform general nursing duties
*Qualifications*
* Requires clear/active RN license in the state of Florida.
* A minimum of 1 year nursing leadership in a skilled nursing/long-term-care
* Demonstrated experience in survey readiness
* Demonstrated ability to work with Resident/families.
* Proficient with admissions/discharges.
* Document incident reporting
* Comply with and follow fall management, wound care and infection control.
* Strong clinical skills with recent direct patient/resident care experience required.
* Excellent communication.
* Exceptional relationship building.
* Exemplary customer service skills required.
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Point Click Care EMR a plus.
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
* *Schedule is every Saturday and Sunday.*
