As a Birthday Party Coordinator at our family entertainment center, you will be responsible for
orchestrating seamless and memorable birthday parties and special events for guests of all ages.
Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach will
contribute to creating delightful experiences and lasting memories for party attendees. This job
description outlines the primary responsibilities and qualifications required for the position.
Responsibilities:
1. Party Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with party organizers to plan and customize birthday party packages according to
their preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate details such as party themes, activities, decorations, and special requests.
2. Guest Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for party organizers, providing timely and clear
communication throughout the planning process.
- Address inquiries, offer guidance, and manage guest expectations.
3. Event Execution:
- Oversee the setup, execution, and smooth flow of birthday parties and events.
- Coordinate with staff members to ensure all elements, from activities to refreshments, are
well-coordinated.
4. Activities and Entertainment:
- Arrange and manage party activities, games, and attractions to engage and entertain party
guests.
- Lead and facilitate activities as needed to ensure a fun and enjoyable experience.
5. Food and Beverage Service:
- Coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered
promptly.
- Monitor the presentation and quality of refreshments.
6. Decorations and Themes:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
