Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a background in personal injury to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing complex cases, including mass torts and personal injury litigation. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with time spent both in our Baltimore office and working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and evidence.
- Maintain detailed records of billable hours and case expenses.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal in personal injury law.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
