Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work closely with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist in skill acquisition programs
- Provide feedback on client progress to the supervising BCBA
- Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the client's care

Requirements:
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Ability to analyze and interpret medical records
- Familiarity with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting
- Ability to implement care plans effectively
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong behavior management skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting
