Responsibilities
- Market residential/commercial real estate properties to potential clients
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing
- Provide guidance on real estate investments and market trends
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts
- Maintain company databases and track market activity
- Collaborate with lenders/inspectors to facilitate transactions
- Conduct property showings and tours for prospective buyers or tenants
Qualifications
- Florida Real Estate License Required
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate law and Fair Housing regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks such as preparing documents and contracts
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proven track record in sales or a related field
