Position Overview:
The Payroll Administrator manages payroll activities with precision and efficiency. This covers payroll processing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee and process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Review employee-submitted changes in payroll system.
  • Daily review and audit of Toast tips data and follow up with management on necessary clarifications or corrections to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with operators, HR, and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries.
  • Submit & maintain weekly payroll related benefits deductions: health insurance, dental, & vision, transit, and 401K.
  • File and maintain workers compensation cases.
  • Maintain PFL & DBL claims.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Generate reports and analyses for management as needed.
  • Administer other payroll-related tasks delegated by senior management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
