3p-11p Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
- Promote and maintain the rights of individuals in accordance with resident rights policies
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
- Assist with transportation to appointments and community outings
- Document and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed
- First aid and CPR certification is desirable
