Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our Golf Club team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess expertise in various culinary techniques. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menu items and develop recipes
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide training when needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute catering events
- Manage kitchen operations to deliver exceptional service to customers

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
