Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with transfers from bed, wheelchair, and chair
• Alzheimer's & Dementia Care
• Meal preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Transportation
• Medication reminders
• Complete a daily care log sheet at the end of each shift
• Maintaining a professional rapport with all staff, clients, and health professionals
