Position:

The candidate will support the SENS Sales Organization by providing direct Sales Department support concerning SENS products, customer inquiries, quotes, processes, systems, and misc. administrative support for the Sales & Marketing Leadership Team(s) as needed. The role will often collaborate with the Sales & Marketing staff to create and execute department initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This individual will be responsible for developing relationships within the sales team to help facilitate the efficient and accurate completion of the sales process.
  • Support the SENS Sales Leadership Team with projects, document control, process documentation, system and process implementation coordination, and other requirements as necessary to support functional support of the Sales Organization.
  • Support the 3 major SENS business groups (Critical DC Power, Engine Starting, Monitoring) as additional support for quoting, customer service, order fulfillment, etc. during business spikes and extended absences, etc.
  • Coordinate and problem solve as needed via email, phone, video, and in person; meet with SENS sales personnel, customers, manufacturing reps, and vendors to support sales strategy, pricing, order status, and other daily support needs as required.
  • Some CRM Administration (HubSpot); act as a resource and ambassador for the sales CRM system and support data hygiene through reporting, process improvement, and sales training.
  • Together with the Marketing team, assist and support Marketing campaigns as needed systemically, administratively, and analytically.
  • Document control process support, supplier setup steps and organization, pricing process facilitation, lead screening and processing, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Technologically skilled/savvy; picks up software systems quickly
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Self-starter; motivated to make things happen
  • Excellent people skills, experience working with remote teams, positive, professional, team oriented with a customer focused mindset
  • Experience supporting a seamless work-experience with remote and/or heavy-travel team members
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain a sense of calm during times of stress; ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Team player; willingness to jump in and help others in any area at any time
  • PC knowledge including Word and Excel, PowerPoint
  • HubSpot experience a strong plus
  • Knowledge of basic electricity and electronics is a plus
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • College degree (or equivalent experience) required
  • Previous experience working in or around sales teams a plus
  • Industrial manufacturing experience a plus
  • HubSpot certifications/experience very strong plus

Base Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to receive bonus and benefits.


Location:
This is a majority on-site position at SENS offices in Longmont, CO. Opportunity for partial remote work.
