Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our team. As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for verifying insurance coverage, and Benefits. . Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the necessary insurance coverage for their Dental treatments.

Duties:
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with insurance companies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records related to insurance information
- Communicate with patients regarding their insurance coverage and any billing concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper coding and documentation for claims submission
- Stay updated on changes in insurance policies, regulations, and coding procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office setting, preferably in a medical or dental office
- Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and insurance verification processes
- Knowledge of managed care plans and insurance coding (ICD-10)
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers
