Parish Kubota is Hiring a CDL Truck Driver Near Robertsdale, AL
Job Summary:
The truck driver will be responsible for loading, binding, and hauling customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company-owned hauling equipment including but not limited to the truck, trailer, binders, chains, forklifts etc.
- Able to operate a ¾ ton truck with gooseneck trailer up to a day cab semi-truck & trailer with air brakes
- Required to fill out logbook and vehicle daily inspection forms
- Maintains condition of vehicles being operated
- Maintains a clean vehicle and performs work in a neat, safe, and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Ability to work as a team player
- Able to work overtime and on some Saturdays
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required
- Adhere to all State and Federal DOT regulations
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related experience is required.
- Valid CDL and current health card required
- Experience operating vehicles, small construction, agricultural, and turf equipment
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be cleared by background check
Prolonged periods of sitting & driving
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
