Albizu University is seeking qualified applicants for adjunct faculty positions to teach various courses in the undergraduate curriculum, such as Physiological Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology.

Responsibilities

1. Prepares course syllabi and materials, including lectures and exams.
2. Submits student grades to the Registrar’s Office by deadline.
3. Performs student advisement.
4. Participates in accreditation process.
5. Monitors students needing remediation.
6. Participates in faculty meetings.
7. Conducts mid-term and final student evaluations twice a term.
8. Submits required academic reports and forms, in a timely and accurate manner.
9. Participates in institutional or campus meetings and trainings, as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D.,,) in Psychology is required.

Applicant must have prior experience teaching or training experience.
