We provide a single-source solution for the design, manufacturing, financing, commissioning, and operation of all types of water and wastewater treatment technologies including conventional filtration, ultra/microfiltration, membrane bioreactors, and desalination with reverse osmosis. We have recently been acquired by BW Water (part of BW Group) and we are looking to add to our diverse team here in Tampa, FL.
Job Summary:
The Sr. Project Manager creates and executes multiple project plans and manages and revises plans to meet the changing needs and requirements of the project, company, and clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall coordination of membrane system design, mechanical, electrical and I&C designs associated with water & wastewater treatment systems and packages, and efficient and timely procurement and coordination with outsourced manufacturing.
• Identifies resources needed to accomplish project objectives and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively applies SWT methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on projects.
• Manages project budget, tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
• Manages projects to deliver timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
• Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Assists proposal efforts including completion of project scoping documents, risk analysis and level of effort (LOE) assessments.
• Holds regular status meetings with project team and keeps project team well informed of changes.
• Attend pre-bid and project kick-off meetings as needed by SWT or the project.

• Conduct project meetings with clients to discuss project execution, change orders and value engineering solutions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to work well across functional groups and demonstrated ability to make and execute critical decisions.
• This position has no direct reports but manages multiple functions in Procurement, Engineering, Field Service and client and subcontractor professionals to coordinate project deliverables.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Fluent in a second language (Spanish, Arabic, etc) is highly preferred.

Education and Experience:
BS in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience as a Sr. Project Manager or Project Engineer
