Duties and Responsibilities

• Resident and family education

• Checking and monitoring vital signs

• Medication and treatment management

• Guiding CNA's in the direct care of our elders

• Safety

• Communication

• Time-management

• Critical thinking and problem-solving

• Maintains patient confidentiality and upholding professional ethics

• Clinical Documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State (or allowed to practice through reciprocity);
• At least some experience in a specific field; and
• A willingness to learn on-site and work with team members.
