You Health Medical Groups is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team as the manager of our Care Team of RNs. This role will facilitate quality assurance processes and feedback with the Care Team and facilitate education and training initiatives, ensuring that patients receive a world-class patient experience through the Hims & Hers telehealth platform.

Telehealth providers serving patients on the Hims & Hers platform are employed by You Health Medical Groups. The Hims & Hers Telemedicine team handles the business operations, allowing you to concentrate on delivering top-notch patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a team of care coaches (RNs) and ensuring quality patient coaching is provided.
• Establish strong relationships with care coaches and serve as their primary point of contact, providing support, guidance, and assistance throughout their tenure working on the platform.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for care coaches, keeping them updated on protocols and best practices.
• Utilize a variety of presentation techniques to educate and promote care coach success on the platform.
• Support in designing, implementing and evaluating existing and new care coach programs, protocols, and best practices.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the Care Team group.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that educational and coaching initiatives align with policies and procedures.
• Drive ongoing improvement of care coach education and training initiatives by surfacing data-driven feedback.
• Offer continuous support and coaching to new and existing care coaches to optimize coaching performance and patient experience.
• Provide individualized health coaching tailored to each patient's unique needs, preferences and circumstances, ensuring a world-class patient experience as needed.
• Maintain competence through Continuing Education, and applicable Board Certification.
• Other duties as needed. 

Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with current board certification.
• Understanding of healthcare operations.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written & verbal: Confidently and clearly know what, when, and how to get a message across.
• Dynamic and engaging speaker, with strong coaching and mentoring skills. 
• Excels at relationship building. Easily builds rapport with colleagues and coaches. 
• Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently: At ease working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities.
• Prior management experience highly preferred.
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) a plus.

An estimate of the current salary range for this position for US-based employees is $135,000-$155,000/year.
