Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and handling payments in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the restaurant/hotel
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile receipts

Requirements:

- Prior experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant/hotel software
- Willingness to help others and work as part of a team

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
