Role: IT Security Analyst

Location: Sparta, TN

Job type: Full Time/Permanent

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

· Monitor systems for security breaches.

· Develop and document security processes and procedures for the organization.

· Investigate, document, and report security breaches and take proper steps to resolve the incident after completing route cause analysis.

· Collaborate with IT team to respond to unwanted intrusions.

· Participate in company-wide security audits.

· Manage individual user accounts.

· Organize and execute cyber security training for new employees and annual refresher training.

· Complete customer' cyber security surveys and notify customers per customer' requirements.

· Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention.

· Assist with User Account Creation in Azure AD, assign licenses, enable MFA.

· You may support IT team by performing second-level technical assistance and support for incoming help desk queries on hardware/software systems and provide technical solutions.

· Make recommendations to management for security enhancements.

YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES

· You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· You have at least five years of experience working in IT operations in a security analyst capacity.

· Cyber security related certifications are highly desired.

· You possess an excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.

· You have strong critical thinking and decision-making skills and have excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.

· You have a firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.

· You have experience administering, supporting, and troubleshooting systems in a Microsoft-centric environment.

· You have experience with Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365 solutions, applications, and Power Automate scripting.

· You are able to demonstrate competency working with the following vendor platforms: Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, AD, etc.), Ubiquity, and WatchGuard.

· Cloud-based ERP experience a plus.

· You are accountable and demonstrate integrity by delivering what is promised.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,078.01 - $90,599.32 per year
