Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Countertop Templator to join our team. In this role, you'll specialize in measuring, documenting, and creating digital templates for countertops for large Multi-family projects, as well as coordinating with onsite Project Managers and Installation crews.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Mastery: Operate and troubleshoot measurement tools including digital devices, lasers, and CAD software.

Precision Templating: Develop detailed digital templates to exact customer specifications using digital systems and software. Experience in cabinetry preferred.

Collaborative Communication: Work closely with customers, contractors, and team members, ensuring smooth operations and resolving measurement challenges.

Onsite Supervision: Coordinate with the installation team during onsite visits to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Weekly Meetings: Attend onsite meetings as required to discuss and align on project progress and updates.

Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews to ensure the accuracy and quality of templates.

Site Assessments: Perform evaluations to understand project specifics and provide recommendations.

Detailed Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of measurements, modifications, and specifications.

Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Workflow Management: Maintain an organized workspace and assist satellite teams in project coordination.
