Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are well-stocked with amenities
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Respond to guest requests for additional items or services promptly and courteously
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department

Skills:
- Hospitality: Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Housekeeping management: Efficiently manage time and resources to complete tasks effectively
- Industrial cleaning: Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials
- Custodial: Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of the hotel
- Floor care: Experience in maintaining and caring for different types of flooring
- Hotel: Familiarity with hotel operations and standards of cleanliness
