Has to be a good listener to well understand the patient’s needs and desires.
Must have the ability to multitask in dental office duties.
Must understand and explain dental insurance benefits and financial options to patients.
Minimum two year of dental office experience
Customer service and marketing background is a plus.
The tasks include but not limited to:
Greet patients, answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
Developing Treatment Plans and Financial Arrangements
