Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling designated areas, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or security, with excellent conflict management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities or security breaches
- Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the safety of the premises
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional manner
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is a plus
