- Engage with customers to promote wireless products and services

- Provide expert advice and recommendations on the latest devices and promotional wireless equipment.

-Assist customers in selecting the right devices and accessories based on their requirements and budget.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Educate customers on promotions, discounts, and special offers available on wireless devices and equipment.

- Drive sales through effective communication and product demonstrations

- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and wireless technology advancements to better serve customers.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly, resolving issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
