- Schedules transportation.

- Enters all data entry as assigned.
- Assists Marketing with various tasks.
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or administrative experience.
- Knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Patience, willingness to assist residents, visitors and team members
- Friendly, assertive, outgoing, multitasked, organized.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living a plus!
