GENERAL PURPOSE:

Schedule patient/Client services and coordinate with the staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• One-year of clerical experience; knowledge of Patient Scheduling (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills needed.
• Bilingual preferred, but not necessary
• Must have a current valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Schedules and appropriately documents patient/client schedules in a timely manner.
• Participates in coordinating care with management and Patient/client interdisciplinary team.
• Provides effective communication to patients/clients, staff members, other health care professionals and referral sources.
• Responds to Agency and Patient/client needs in a professional and creative manner.
• Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency.
• Promotes the Agency philosophy and administrative polices to ensure quality of care.
• Files and keeps necessary data.
• Meets attendance and punctuality expectations.
• Consistently adheres to agency dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
