Romack is Hiring a SASE Engineer Near ONSITE, VA

Role: SASE Architect Sr. ConsultantRemote or On-Site: 2-3 days per week -REQUIRED Washington DC (Tysons, Virginia) or San Antonio, TX. Rate to Defy: $120 to start Duration: 3-months (540 hours) (with potential for extension)Summary:Need a more focused as hands-on SASE resourceIdeal candidate will have prior experience with Axis Security and be located in the Virginia or San Antonio area.The Cyber Security Architect is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our SASE / SSE security architecture. This includes working with vendors to select and deploy the appropriate solutions, as well as working with internal teams to ensure that the architecture is properly implemented and configured. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SASE / SSE technologies, as well as experience in enterprise security architecture with hands on deployment / implementation background.Responsibilities:

Architect and deploy SASE / SSE security solutions at scale
Work with vendors to select and configure solutions
Work with internal teams to implement and maintain the architecture
Conduct security assessments and audits
Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in cyber security architecture and implementation
Experience with SASE / SSE technologies, such as Zscaler, Netskope, Axis Security, Palo Alto Networks
- Including specific domain experience with DLP / CASB / ZeroTrust / VPN / SWG
- Networking concepts as it relates to SASE including SD-WAN integrations
Experience with enterprise security architecture and implementation
Strong understanding of security best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
