Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing content strategy that aligns with short-term and long-term business goals
• Responsible for collaborating with Brand Manager, Sales and the brands to plan and develop content for products
• Responsible for delivering all assets on time
• Responsible for coordinating all photography and video for all brands
• Responsible for creating photography and video directives
• Responsible for writing creative and accurate copy for PDP pages
• Responsible for creating A detail pages for all product categories
• Responsible for ensuring all content is uploaded correctly into the system
• Responsible for monitoring and maintain online content for accuracy
• Assist with recommendations to improve online customer experience
• Responsible for ensuring Aprimo is up to date and accurate
• Stay fully abreast of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends to ensure videos are engaging
• Responsible for managing tight deadlines and urgent requests with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Responsible for tracking photography samples and projects from start to finish for both WEB and 3^rd Tier as well as responsible for maintaining PLM photography comments photography report
• Responsible for presenting and conducting photography meeting to ensure synergy with packaging team bi-weekly

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital or relevant field
• 2 years experience in digital, ecommerce, or online content and merchandising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with photography and videography
• Proficiency with various content creation tools including Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Google workspace, Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube and FB live
• Ability to multi-task on a routine basis, be detail-oriented, adapt plans and change direction as needed, have a proactive mindset and have the ability to perform the job under a moderate to high level of stress
• Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Excel
• Working knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) in order to effectively communicate and report information to all levels of the Company
• Possess strong organizational and analytical skills
• Possess a team-oriented mentality
• Previous experience in successfully handling time sensitive projects and meeting assigned deadlines
• Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports
• Ability to multi-task on a routine basis, be detail-oriented, adapt plans and change direction as needed, have a proactive mind set and have the ability to perform the job under a moderate to high level of stress
• Ability to problem solve as needed

Salary: $50k to $60k
