We are looking for nurses to provide quality one-on-one care to patients in their homes. Your presence and services should bring comfort to the patient and family. For this role, you need to be an LPN who sees the value of home care. A compassionate nature and excellent interpersonal skills will make you a good candidate for this position. We expect you to be knowledgeable in caring for patients, performing tasks such as administering medication and providing family support as needed. The goal is to help patients recover and get the care they need in the comfort of their homes

• Home visits in North County area
• FT days (M-F) day hrs - no weekends or holidays
• Weekly case conference mtgs are virtual and monthly in person team meetings
• Paid per visit
• 5-6 visits per day
• $35-40 per visit
• Ability to earn bonus pay when exceed productivity of 25 points /week
• Team up with 2 supervising RN's
• FT benefits include health, dental and vision plus PTO and paid holidays
• Pay days 10th and 25th monthly
• Uniform allowance
• Travel approx 45 miles per day- gas card provided
